Zucchetti’s success story first began in a small foundry in Valduggia (in the province of Vercelli) set up by Alfredo Zucchetti in 1929. Today the Zucchetti. Kos Group, led by the third generation, Elena and Carlo, with cousins Marco and Paolo Zucchetti, consists of 4 factories and a logistics centre covering a total of 72,000 square metres, employing 400 people and producing 2 million articles every year. Zucchetti is often referred to as the Lamborghini of bathroom fixtures. 

Rodriguez have built a starkly sleek collection of sculptured bathroom faucets, bathroom fixtures, bathroom accessories, and kitchen faucets.

Blending the past with the future

Roberto & Ludovica Palomba, architects and designers, founded Palomba Serafini Associati in 1994.

Their distinctive hallmark has emerged from a capacity to combine a contemporary vision of society and user needs with an extensive knowledge of the historical and cultural roots of design, producing results that blend the past with the future.

This unique and personal approach makes them particularly sensitive to issues of function and the need to create long-lasting products, removed from the uniformity of momentary trends.

Good Design Award

Zucchetti has claimed the good design award on numerous occasions.

The Good Design Award aims to bring a parallel public appreciation and awareness for an equally revolutionary design approach-a new design thinking led by a current generation of visionary architects, designers, urban planners, corporations, governments, individuals, and private and public institutions for a design and a public environment based upon the ideals of energy conservation; the reduction of toxic waste and greenhouse gases; the diminishing dependence on fossil fuels; and a sensitivity for waste, pollution, and the depletion of the world's energy resources. This new design approach centers on the idea of repairing our worldwide environments with sustainability and for total ecological restoration.

Looking Forward

2019 marks a new turning point with the definition of Zucchetti Group and the new art direction by Matteo Fiorini Studio. The group is formed to represent institutionally and join the two Zucchetti and Kos brands, with the precise intent to enhance its specificity, pushing their complementarity and difference.
